General
- We appeal to the common sense of each user. Inappropriate posts and comments will not be tolerated.
- Keep in mind that the Associate Playbook and Code of Conduct applies to this community of associates.

Communication Policy Applies
- Highgate Hotels is utilizing a communication source that is private to our associates. All notifications (composed, sent or retrieved via the company's TalentKeepers systems, are the property of Highgate Hotels. We have full rights and access to retrieve and read any message composed, sent or received using the TalentKeeper system set up by the property and we have the right to (and may) monitor communication that is designed solely for hotel events, property announcements and associate engagement activities. Also, be aware that information conveyed via the TalentKeeper platform should not be considered confidential. Please be mindful of your role as an associate of Highgate Hotels and do not post any information that could be (a) viewed as defamatory toward associates, customers, owners, directors or vendors; or (b) reveal confidential business information of the company, hotel or private information of our guests; or (c) violate the Discrimination/Harassment policies outlined in your Associate Playbook. Any material that is composed, sent or forwarded by any associate that is deemed inappropriate will be thoroughly investigated and corrective disciplinary action (up to and including termination) may be applied.
- Including threatening, offensive or disruptive messages, videos or images.
- Representing yourself as someone else or posting false or disparaging information regarding the Hotel or its associates.
- Sending unwanted messages, jokes or offensive pictures.
- Revealing confidential information, such as guest names or room numbers.
